Documentum Developer Location : Philadelphia 6 months + Pharma experience required. NEED PHARMA EXPERIENCE MUST BE GREAT COMMUNICATOR GOOD EXPERIENCE WITH WELL KNOWN COMPANIES This contract-based position is focused on operational support, and not on application development. Thus the ideal candidate will have extensive experience and expertise, as well as demonstrable skills responding to, and correcting, technical and operational issues spanning 1st, 2nd, and 3rd level support for the products listed below. Experience and ability to perform troubleshooting and problem resolution by interacting with technical staff, users, and vendors is a must. High quality and demonstrable communication skills (listening, speaking, writing, telephoning, e-mailing, and deskside support) are required.
