Please do not submit candidates who are close to confirmations We are looking for *Tibco Consultan/Administrator* *Job Profile* - Understand and Analyze existing TIBCO integration infrastructure. - Take over the responsibility of maintaining and managing fault tolerant and High Available TIBCO solution by leading a team of TIBCO developers and support staff. - Provide recommendation and guidance on installation, maintenance, and monitoring services of the TIBCO application suite for all operating environments. - Provide leadership in the areas of performance tuning, disaster recovery, and patch/release management. - Assist in application deployments, debugging and troubleshooting on TIBCO applications and development and management of Hawk rules and alerting. - Assist in designing, planning, building and troubleshooting systems, as SME; subject matter expert. - Leads the effort to provide timely metrics on service levels, current capacity levels, system down time etc. *Required Skills :* - 8+ years of experience in system integration space - 5+ of years of experience on working in TIBCO suite of products. - Has strong understanding of messaging platforms, queues and topics. - Extensive knowledge and hands on expertise on TIBCO product viz.
