To work with client and management personnel to develop database and client landscape strategies, monitors and assists in the support of the SAP Enterprise Architecture environments, and mentor junior Production Support administrators. Provide technical support and effective database/basis solutions to end-users and team members, and work closely with the client, system administrators, network administrators and Data Center Operations for troubleshooting of production issues. Direct the development and implementation of products and services from inception to completion, while taking appropriate steps to ensure high quality, on time schedules, attainment of budget goals. Coordinate and lead team activities, projects and administrative tasks, including contracts and contractors.
