There is a significant amount of development and integration work to be done, of which you will be asked to make a substantial contribution. Most of the development will be Java based. Throughout the Build phase, you will be asked to design and build code that meets functional and non-functional requirements. As part of your development responsibilities, you will build unit tests and help provide integration testing before submitting the application to Software Assurance Testing (SAT). Throughout the project life cycle, your work will be expected to adhere to the SWA Way Methodology standards. The QIK team is an existing team of approximately 3 Java/C++ service developers and 10 QikRes developers/analysts. QIK is the application that performs the Reservation and Ticketing that occurs primarily at the Customer Support and Service Centers (formerly known as Reservations Centers). The 2 Java/C++ service developers also support Call Allocation (C++) and the Reservations tab of SWALife (Java-Rational Application Developer).
