Title: RPG ILE developers
Location: Plano TX
Duration: 9 Months
Rates $40-42/ C2C
OVERVIEW
1. Each PRESCREENED candidate must be a self starter. Must be able to work in
a team oriented, dynamic environment. We expect each to be a leader, so don't
shotgun weak candidates to us.
2. RPG candidates should have strong RPGILE skills, multiple years of RPG
programming experience. Strong SQL skills are highly desired.
3. Good interpersonal and communication skills are required. Candidates need
to have a great attitude and be accountable (able to deliver coding assignments
with minimal supervison).
4. Should have at least 6 years of experience with RPGILE
5. Should have excellent communication skills
PROCESS
1. Once resume received, managers will provide resume feedback to Greg within 1
business day along with windows for interview availability.
2. If we are interested in resume, we will schedule a 15-30 minute technical
phone screen, and expect candidates to be available on short notice.
3. On site face to face interview is the final step (we will do this by phone
for remote candidates). We will contact Greg the same day and he will provide
the offer if background cleared.
