Job Description: (What will the contractor do on that project?) Integrate data from various sources into consumable formats for tracking and reporting strategic metrics like Repeats, Sales Opportunities and other operational metrics. In addition will provide support for MSI/Online Services/Batting Average/Ultra/Act initiatives. This position is responsible for coding and project managing multiple projects in support of Enterprise Performance Management Reporting Solutions. This will involve activities like: identifying and documenting requirements; stakeholdering with business users and IT; creating/coding reports that meet user requirements; validating reports; supporting data and technical requests; supporting strategic data analysis; Analyze, extract, transform, load, and integrate data into consumable formats, meeting all critical milestones. Must be flexible to handle constant change and challenging projects. The candidate must be self motivated as well as have the ability to self-manage, while at the same time be able to work within a team environment. They must be intimately familiar with SDLC processes and possess the creativity to come up with and design solutions.
