Perform full life-cycle activities in support of the project and backfill for the Business Analysts that work on other projects. v These tasks include the following activities: . Perform analysis of the business requirement and develop requirements and/or use cases for the assigned area of the . Provide input into the development of work efforts in support of proposed system changes . Create all necessary requirements, use case, and requirements traceability documents and support peer review and revision of documents. . Maintain traceability between the base-lined business requirements and requirements and/or use cases. . Assist business analysts with the creation of requirements, use cases, and requirements Traceability matrix. . Collaborate with the testing and development teams to ensure the requirements meet their needs. . Provide assistance with research to assess benefit development as needed. . Provide knowledge transfer for the full time business analysts . Generate a weekly Status Report Skills 1. Previous HIPAA experience required 2. Strong HIPAA knowledge required 3. Strong verbal and written communication skills 4. Strong customer skills with internal and external customers 5. Must be able to perform assigned tasks with minimum supervision 6. Strong analytical skills 7. Strong documentation skills 8. Involved in prototyping 9. Demonstrated software testing experience; writing test plans / test scripts / test cases and the execution of testing. 10.
