Data Integration Analyst Religh NC 4-6 mnths We are looking for someone with a *bachelor’s degree and 3 years of recent experience* as a data analyst or *5 years of recent data analysis experience and no degree*. In addition, this candidate *must have advanced SQL skills and Healthcare Experience.* *WE WILL NOT ACCEPT ANYONE THAT DOES NOT MEET THESE MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS. * *THE COVER LETTER MUST INCLUDE DETAIL SURROUNDING: A) THE 3 (OR 5) MOST RECENT YEARS OF EXPERIENCE ANALYZING DATA, B) EXAMPLES OF WHERE, WHEN AND HOW ADVANCED SQL SKILLS WERE USED, AND C) DETAIL OF HEALTHCARE EXPERIENCE.* * * For those *qualified* candidates, *preference will be given* to those that also have experience with Teradata and warehousing. *Duties and Responsibilities* - Reviews business and analytic requirements - *Analyzes source data* ** - *Creates source domain, base table, transform and reference table specifications* ** - Determines and maintains the mapping between source data and target data - Documents data cleansing rules - Updates traceability matrix - Determines appropriate source data for extraction to the data warehouse - Documents and maintains data related technical metadata - Participates in the developer’s walk-through of the ETL specifications - Participates in the Quality Assurance Analyst ‘s walk-through of the test plans - Provides knowledge transfer to other data integration analysts on staff (internal or external) - Works closely with the Quality Assurance Lead, Source System Experts and Data Stewards in correcting and cleaning up source data quality - Assists the Data Integration Architects in the determination of EIM entity and attribute definitions - Facilitates Data Integration Analyst peer reviews - Provides Data Integration Analyst estimates and refines as necessary throughout the System Development Life Cycle - Provides project-specific Data Integration Analyst coordination - Collaborates with other technical areas within ISDS and throughout IS as needed - Supports EDW/CDWs 24x7 operation by being on-call as needed for data related issues - Interfaces with Project Manager and ISDS Management - Attends project meetings - Assists the Project Manager in developing the project schedule as it relates to Data Integration Analyst activities, dependencies and timelines - Participates in project risk assessment - Escalates project issues - Accountable for Data Integration Analyst related deliverables - Provides status *Hiring Requirements/Qualifications* Education/Experience Bachelor’s Degree and 3 years experience as a Data Analyst or 5 years experience as a Data Analyst with no degree Specialized Knowledge Good understanding of project management methodologies Demonstrated ability to apply advanced SQL skills required Experience in Health Care required Leadership Experience N/A *Hiring Preferences* Additional Education/Experience Preferences Experience in data integration and/or data warehousing preferred Experience in migrating data from one system or platform to another preferred Experience working on a Teradata platform preferred Abilities/Soft Skills Demonstrated ability to interpret and correct, if necessary, analysis performed by others Demonstrated ability to resolve highly complex problems Demonstrated ability to plan and to manage oneself to that plan Ability to adapt to changing business needs required Strong customer focus required Professional demeanor required Demonstrated ability to be accountable for results required Demonstrated ability to build strategic working relationships required Preferred Professional Certifications N/A ** *PLEASE SEND ME THE RESUMES TO BELOW ID * ** *Best Regards* *Chris** Nihaki Systems,Inc.
