Project Name: GNFO Solutions Application Development

The GNFO Solutions team is responsible for the automation of manual
processes and development of reports and reporting tools to support the
ongoing workload associated with the Global Network Field Operations
organization. This is done through the development of simple and robust web
applications that allow the business to manage day to day activities. Data
for these applications are housed primarily within Oracle 10g databases. Web
Applications will be developed using JAVA (Eclipse/Tomcat).
Job Description:

The contractor will be responsible for developing web applications from
start to end. This includes working with users on requirements, developing
the application, testing and maintaining the application. The contractor
will access data from an oracle database and must be an expert in writing
SQL queries. The creation of the web application will be done in JAVA using
a struts framework. The contractor must have exceptional communications
skills as the person will be working directly with the users during the
entire development cycle. Contractor must be flexible as changes occur daily
and the development needs to change as well to meet the needs.

This Business Analyst position will investigate and research the current
loan account queuing process used by Collections and Default management. The
BA will need to achieve maximum understanding of the existing process in a
tight timeframe to achieve the following: the enhancements to its current
state, documentation of it's current state, development of a managed monthly
change control process, future development efforts, and to also speed up the
resolution of break/fix issues. The BA will obtain clear definitions of the
line of business' requirements, identify and analyze the potential risks and
impacts of technology solutions to the current queuing process. This
position will monitor development projects, evaluating progress and quality,
and manage issue resolution – taking corrective action as necessary.

•Documentation and support of applications or enhancements to the end-users
to meet business needs
•Communicate w/ project stakeholders on project deliverables, assist in the
flow of information, and coordinate meetings.
•Identify potential issues or areas of opportunities for future process
improvement projects.
•Gather technical requirements and draft designs (if applicable) to clearly
define issues, assumptions, goal of the project, etc.
•Collaborate and coordinate on the project development with PM, SMEs, etc to
deliver the proper product/service.
