POSITION ACCOUNTABILITIES AND DELIVERABLES (General description)
o Work with business staff to define storefront requirements.
o Document business requirements.
o Work with developers, QA and web designers to insure application meets
business requirements and QA staff has necessary information to create test
scripts.
o Participate in remediation activities during the QA process.
SKILLS/COMPETENCIES:
o Requirements Analysis
o Customer Interviewing
o Critical thinking
o Problem solving skills
o Documentation of business requirements
Required Experience:
o 5-7 years proven business analyst experience
o Customer Self Service Experience
o User Experience Expertise
