Position: Oracle HRMS Developer

Location: St. Louis, MO

Duration: 8 Months 

Rate: $42 - W2

Job Description: 

 

·        Oracle Applications ERP Developer experience with Human Resource 
Management, Payroll and Benefits.

·        Implement, as part of a team, the following HCMS modules - Oracle HR, 
Payroll, OAB, Employee Self Service, Manager Self Service.   Work will be 
assigned based on capabilities and project needs.

·        Collaborate in the planning, design, development, and deployment of 
above HCMS modules.

·        Prepare detailed program specifications and software using project 
methodology and standards.

·        Develop and execute quality assurance test plans for unit, system, and 
regression testing.

·        Build Interfaces or data conversion between Oracle HR, Payroll, and 
Benefits system and other applications.

·        Build Fast-Formulas and reports for Oracle Payroll and Benefits.

 

  a.. Oracle Applications ERP 11i experience with Human Resources (HR), Payroll 
and Benefits. 
  b.. Previous experience using data loader and SQL Loader to load legacy 
records into Oracle. 
  c.. Ability to develop complex SQL queries. 
  d.. Ability to develop fast formulas for payroll, PTO, and OAB. 
  e.. Experience with relational database management systems such as Oracle and 
SQL Server. 
  f.. Experience with Oracle Alerts. 
  g.. Experience using Discoverer Reporting using Admin and User layers. 
  h.. Knowledge of Oracle Forms and Reports 6i. 
  i.. Expertise in Conversion and Interface programming using PLSQL. 
  j.. Understanding of information technology standards, procedures and best 
practices. 
  k.. Understanding of how to analyze and solve business problems. 
  l.. Interpersonal skills necessary to interact with all levels of technical 
and business personnel. 
  m.. Experience designing, developing and maintaining information technology 
systems. 
  n.. Experience participating in project teams. 
  o.. Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, with 
groups from diverse backgrounds and technical abilities. 
Ability to work independently, set priorities, work under pressure, adapt to 
demanding situations and maintain schedules.
