This is a 1 month project that will begin ASAP. Below is an overview of the position for you to review. Position: SAP ESS Start - 4/20/2009 Duration - 1 month Location - Austin Texas Number of Consultants - 1 Expenses - Yes Notes - The client recently implemented ESS to view salary statements, update address and dependent information, and view / change other basic information. A basic salary statement is currently available through ESS, however the breakdown of deposits to the employee’s bank accounts is not available. They would like employees to be able to access this information via ESS in order to go paperless and no longer print direct deposit vouchers. Currently they have their Remuneration Statement Form ZPY4 available through ESS. This form includes the employee information, current and YTD pay, taxes, benefits and other misc. deductions. (I can provide a copy of one if needed) The client also have a Direct Deposit Sapscript ZPAY_DIRECT_DEP that calls the ZPY4 Form. This sapscript includes the breakdown of the employees bank accounts used for Direct Deposit. It includes the bank name, account number and amount deposited into each account at the top of the page. The ZPY4 form is pulled to the bottom of the page. This bank detail included on this sapscript is not currently available through ESS. With their limited knowledge of ESS, they are not sure if the sapscript is compatible with ESS, or if a new form will need to be created.
