Experience with the following skills is required… Client relationship skills Change Management Project Management Team Leadership Identity Management solution implementation experience Role Based Access Control (RBAC) knowledge Sun Identity Access Manger or equivalent (IBM Tivoli Access Manager - TAM) HSPD 12 and PIV knowledge System Integration knowledge * Required skills Role Based Access Control (RBAC) implementations in a government setting Project Management and Technical Leadership Sun Identify Access Manager or similar technology (TAM) Project Objectives *1. Assist the Division of Information Technology (DIT) of the FDIC in developing and maintaining an applied information technology (IT) program that is responsive to corporate strategies and business needs. 2. Foster the rapid adoption of new technologies. 3. Optimize internal and external communications and sharing of information. 4. Provide the flexibility for change as the nature of IT support services change. 5. Transition applications from existing contract support to IBM ITAS task order. 6.
