The Hourly rate is *DOE*. *Job Description:* We are currently looking for Senior web sphere Subject Matter Experts. Ideal consultants with have a least three recent WebSphere projects in SME, Architect or Director level roles. Large Web sphere portal implementation on Web sphere 6.x is required. Descriptions of the roles below: *WebSphere Subject Matter Expert - DoT* -Minimum 8-10 years of experience in enterprise architecture, systems integration, package implementation, and/or interactive design, and Architecture experience -Minimum 4 - 5 years of hand-on experience in architecting solutions using IBM Websphere Portal Platform. Experience with IBM Websphere Portal Server 6.0.x a must. Experience in WPP's (Websphere Portal Platform) personalization engine required -Experience in migrating large public facing sites to IBM WPP. Experienced in creating a strategy, plan and articulating best practices for such a migration -Should have integrated WPP with a content management system (Interwoven preferred) -4 - 5 years of hands-on experience in Enterprise search (Endeca preferred) and Web analytics platform (WebTrends preferred) -Certification within their area of specialization is required -Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively managing client accounts and multi-track teams.
