Hi,
This is my direct client opening for *System Tester - New York, NY*. This
is a 12 months contract position. The *Hourly rate is $40/hr*. Candidates
need to interview in person and should be in the NY area.
Mandatory Skills/Experience
A minimum of 5 years professional experience designing system test plans
which document test objectives and identify testing conditions and
cases.
A minimum of 5 years of experience documenting expected results, tracking
actual results, logging required system changes and
following
A minimum of 5 years experience with Windows operating
system.
A minimum of 5 years testing in QA of client server (Window based or Web
based system)
Comprehensive understanding of the System Development Life Cycle Process.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Detail oriented and logical thinking process.
The following experience is *desirable* but *not required*:
Knowledge of bug/defect logging tools and QA tools (i.e., Quick Test Pro,
Load Runner, Test Director and Quality
Center)
Working knowledge of programming languages, relational database structures,
and Microsoft office products.
Team oriented with strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
Experience in loan/mortgage underwriting.
Experience in commercial real estate construction and development
systems.
Proven track record of successful system implementations
