Please let me know, If you have any suitable consultants available on the below urgent requirement Title : IT Project Manager Location : Santa Clara, CA Start Date : ASAP Duration : 3 + months Phone screen followed by In-person interview Need Local to CA JOB DESCRIPTION: Skills Required · Information technology experience in a high-tech company, with at least 12 years of experience in implementing Enterprise applications. · Must have 5 years of Oracle ERP Application Implementation experience. · Project management experience for a team of at least 20 members. · Minimum 2 years of Functional/Solution Analysis experience. · Must have Oracle development background and should be able to understand the technical aspect of the project. · Must be Expert in managing Microsoft Project plan and Risk mitigation · Should be Proactive, Results Oriented and a go-getter attitude. · Must have good Presentation skills. Should have experience in preparing and presenting slides. · Must have good verbal and written communication skills. Should be able to work well with business and IT stakeholders. · Working experience in global virtual team, able to manage effectively onsite and offshore teams. · Ability to articulate in both IT technical and Business language · Ability to take initiative and work effectively under limited supervision · Strong team player with good collaboration skills. Preferred skills: · Oracle Inventory, BOM, Manufacturing experience. · PMP Certification · Expectation: This individual will be expected to collaborate with different business and IT teams across Client. Need to have sense of ownership in driving resolution of escalations / roadblocks / obstacles of different issues in and around project management. · Must be accountable and ensure work commitments and deliverables are met in a timely manner and in good quality · Strong drive and positive go-getter attitude to achieve results. · Educational Background Recommended · Typically requires BS / CS or equivalent plus 15 years IT experience.
