Must have a minimum to 6 years of hands-on experience, 7 or more is desired Experience upgrading to 7.0 is required. Must have experience on four or more full-lifecycle implementations; experience as a lead with direct oversight of a team is desired Knowledge of SAP CRM cross-functional integration points with other modules (i.e. BW, SD, MM, PM, SM) is required Responsible for blueprint, design, configuration and implementation of the SAP CRM Solution Ability to independently generate solutions, based on strong quantitative and analytical skills and business knowledge Ability to conduct business requirements definition sessions with client business and IT users Strong teamwork, presentation and communication skills. Need to be LEAD "go-to" level.
