*Title: Information Architect /Designer * *Duration: 6+ Months* *Location: NYC, NY* *Rate: $45 MAX on C2C all inclusive * *MANDATORY SKILLS/EXPERIENCE * · *Minimum 4 years information architecture experience*. · *Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with multi-disciplinary team members* · *Ability to work on projects to completion with a minimum of supervision * · *Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Visio, Excel, Word)* · *Strong analytical thinking, organizational skills and attention to detail* · *Experience working directly with Business Analysts and Developers to develop and document functional/ navigational flows* · *Experience working directly with Graphic Designers to translate* *wireframes into final UI designs* · *Experience developing wireframes and Functional Specifications documentation* · *Experience presenting to and communicating directly with clients* *The above skills and qualifications are necessary to perform the following tasks and services*: · Work with the Business Analysis team and other team leads to develop business requirements · Translate business requirements into process/ navigational flows and UI models · Create wireframes. Review them with business owners and technical team and obtain approval. · Create functional specifications (including wireframe diagrams). Review them with business owners and internal team leads to obtain approval. · Work in team environment with good organizational abilities and a minimum of department supervision SCOPE OF SERVICES Business Express is intended to provide new and existing businesses with the tools required to open and expand businesses in the New York City area. Additionally, the project is intended to provide businesses with a web location where they can log on to manage all of their business transactions with the City. Major development is being divided into multiple phases of successive increasing complexity, all beginning concurrently. The concurrent initiation of all of the phases is done in order to allow enough lead-time for proper supporting initiatives and processes - most notably SI solicitation and procurement of software. This resource is being requested for the Business Express program. This resource will provide Information Architecture and Design for initiatives within the program specifically Sector Rollout, Common Intake, Customer Account Integration and Datasharing. *The IA/Designer resource will produce the following deliverables*: · Translate business requirements into process/ navigational flows and UI models · Develop and document functional/ navigational flows · Develop wireframes and Functional Specifications documentation · Translate wireframes into final UI designs.
