A Remedy Developer to assist with ITSM 7.x configuration efforts on a project in Connecticut. Position-specific Required Skills: Previous experienced in the installation and configuration of ITSM 7.x in a server group environment. Experience with customization of ITSM 7.x APPLICATIONS (not AR System) Position-specific Desired Skills: Other details: Experience with at least two enterprise level engagements with configuration and customization of the entire ITSM 7.0 Suite including Remedy Knowledge Management * At least 4 - 6 recent years of core Remedy AR System development and implementation experience * Experience with Change and Asset Management application modules required. * Experience with Enterprise level engagements extending Atrium CMDB 2.1 required. * Enterprise level experience analyzing multiple databases (asset/inventory) the creating appropriate reconciliation rules using BMC Reconciliation Engine * Enterprise level experience managing AR System development lifecycle within multiple (Dev, test, QA) environments.
