Position: Technical writer
Location: Manhattan
Duration: 6 + Months
Project Description:
Work as a technical writer within the LOCuS team, Credit Suisse's premier
Fixed Income Sales and Research tool.
LOCuS is an award winning system which provides real-time data, analytics
and research, so that sales staff can collaborate with clients in the
generation of trade ideas.
In this position the candidate will utilize their expertise in on-line help
systems to assist us in the reinvention of the LOCuS help system.
The candidate will also prepare and maintain documentation including ?how to
examples?, and presentations.
The candidate must present expert technical writing skills and a successful
and extensive background.
The ability to conduct organized and professional interviews with internal
SME.
Essential:
Strong communication & presentation skills.
Working knowledge of Captivate
6+ years Technical Writing
Desirable:
Background in Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science or
equivalent.
Knowledge of Fixed Income Finance
