Test scripts and testing with be needed and assistance will be apart of this role. .All changes to the HR table will need to be identified along with the purpose for the changes. Assistance will be provided as needed for whatever the ES needs are in regards to the 9.0 upgrade. ¨ Must have participated in previous HCM upgrade to version 9.0 ¨ Must be familiar with all HR modules and set up tables ¨ Maintain confidentially at all times ¨ Must be able to perform analysis and make good judgment decisions and recommendations ¨ Maintain effective communication with regards to development ¨ Effective documentation and project completion skills ¨ Able to develop queries ¨ Must be able to perform a fit gap between 8.8 and 9.0 ¨ Must have strong testing skills to assist with all phases of testing ¨ Must have strong understanding of the Person Model ¨ Must be very knowledgeable of the Talent Acquisition Manager/Candidate Gateway (Recruitment) module and can do analysis of this module verses Blue Recruit to define the differences and what works best for HCSC ¨ Required work location: *All skills are required. There isn't a nice to have here.* * * *HRT: February 1, 2009 – January 31, 2010* ¨ Assist with compare reports of Customization Review ¨ Assist with clearly training staff on new table functionality ¨ Assist with new Table set up for Rate Table, Action/Reason Table, Person Model, as well as other tables that could be used in place of some current sqrs ¨ Assist with Testing scripts ¨ Assist with Testing ¨ Must be a SME on the upgrade and PS 9.0 and then must work with out internal SME's in developing the detailed requirements, updates, and help with fit gap assessment between 8.8 and 9.0 and potential workarounds to address gaps, ¨ Must provide status reports, participate in status reviews, support issue identification and resolution. ¨ Must understand project management, help drive to project milestones and timelines, assist with deliverable development and milestone completions, ¨ Be able to develop reporting requirements, and support query updates (not necessarily the sqrs), as necessary create documentation - for instance, definition *and* documentation outlining how tables will be set-up/configured ¨ Must be able to provide definition and documentation outlining how the new Rate Table and Action Reason Table need to be set-up/configured, ¨ Must have strong testing skills to assist with all phases of testing, ¨ Must have strong understanding of the Person Model to assist with the set up and roll out of this new structure, ¨ Strong ESS and MSS skills o Must know changes with each and how to update our eApps to handle the other changes that will affect each ¨ Needs to understand the connections between HR Tech, EE Services and Payroll (the portions of the system that each is connected) ¨ Must be very knowledgeable of the Talent Acquisition Manager/Candidate Gateway (Recruitment) module and can do analysis of this module verses Blue Recruit to define the differences and what works best for HCSC ¨ Must be very knowledgeable of the Learning Management module and can do analysis of HCSC's current solution set to define the differences and what works best for HCSC ¨ Same as required skills. A bonus would be if the consultant had an understanding of the changes around Union employee processing, as well as any possible PTO enhancements that have been done to the system since our last upgrade. ¨ *Would prefer using a contractor that has already implemented 9.0 with Ben Admin, ESS and MSS in the past.* * * *PAYROLL* TBD *ITG Application Development: * ¨ This person's main role will be to map out and complete technical upgrade work for existing customizations and custom data conversion. This individual will work closely with internal PeopleSoft staff as well as the DBA area. In addition, this individual will be utilized for troubleshooting and issue resolution during the upgrade process and post upgrade testing support. *These are the skills required for an application upgrade specialist:* 1. HCM application version 8.8 and 9.0 knowledge 2. Familiarity with PeopleSoft upgrade 3. PeopleSoft application customization 4. PeopleCode 5. Application Engine 6. SQL 7. Integration Broker 8. Workflow 9. Component Interface 10. SQR, SQC 11. Strong organization and project planning/estimation skills. 12. Strong communication skills 13. Experience working with Oracle MetaLink 3 (formerly PeopleSoft Customer Connection) ¨ PeopleSoft applications in a DB2/mainframe environment ¨ Experience with Time and Labor, Payroll, Benefits Administration, Hire-to-Retire ¨ Upgrade from 8.8 to 9.0 * * *ITG PTB: February 2009 – October 2009* ¨ This individual would be on point for planning and processing the upgrade and maintenance packs against the database. This individual will work closely with internal PeopleSoft staff as well as the DBA area. In addition, this individual will be utilized for troubleshooting and issue resolution during the upgrade process and post upgrade testing support. ¨ Per PeopleSoft, these are the skills required for a technical upgrade specialist: · a certified PeopleSoft upgrader that is a fully dedicated member of the upgrade team · must be familiar with PeopleSoft upgrades · RDBMSs · PeopleTools (including the PeopleSoft Change Assistant) · data management tools · Application Engine · PeopleSoft configuration and administration · operating systems · SQL · technical upgrade resource must have team leadership and management experience - In addition, we require the following: 1. HCM application version 8.8 and 9.0 knowledge 2. DB2 version 8 on z/OS experience 3. Tools experience in 8.48 or greater 4. Change Assistant and HUB setup and usage 5. Project Migrations 6. Application of Maintenance Packs and individual Vendor Fixes 7. Strong organization and project planning/estimation skills. 8. Strong communication skills 9.
