Below are the details. *Project Info:* The position will be responsible primarily for managing all test phases for 500+ applications in support of the Commerce Integration Project. Configuring all of the workstations in preparation for testing events using. This position will also be responsible for the scheduling of all test events and the workflow management of all aspects of the labs. It will also oversee the Execution of the test events and assist in troubleshooting issues related to testing. *Job Duties and Responsibilities* Manage all aspects of Front End Application Testing Facilities Performs scheduling, manage workflow for all testing activities within the test lab Image, configure, deploy applications to all workstations & peripherals for execution of test plans Oversee, supervise, trouble shoot execution of all test plans Maintain all test lab equipment Documents troubleshooting & issue resolution, work-arounds, preventative measures, knowledge-base creation & management, along with strategic planning Supports business users in both testing and production lab environments, including distribution & management of application objects to testing environment(s.) Other duties as assigned * Requirements:* Minimum 3+ years experience supporting a Desktop Management solution including software distribution - Novell ZENWorks experience desired (Desktop & ZEN for Servers) Project Scheduling and Leadership skills required, including the ability to self manage, coordinate, and document complex projects through implementation Strong verbal and written communication skills Strong documentation skills for requirement gathering, tracking of issue resolution, work-arounds, preventative measures, knowledge-base creation & management, along with strategic planning.
