Skills/Experience
8+ Years: Strong analytical and complex problem solving skills with
experience as a systems analyst for all phases of the system development
lifecycle, including requirements analysis, design, development,
implementation, operations, and maintenance.
7+ Years: Experience as a systems analyst for a data warehouse project,
including experience interfacing with relational databases and producing
data models.
6+ Years: Strong technical documentation development skills, including
proficiency with modeling and mapping tools (e.g., Visio), the Microsoft
Office Suite and MS Project.
5+ Years: Demonstrated ability to facilitate productive technical meetings
and follow meeting practices, such as adherence to meeting agenda,
documentation of meeting outcomes, and driving action items to closure.
Strong: Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Strong: Ability to act in a consultative role to understand functional
business processes and related technology components and processes and to
develop technical solutions and delivery proposals.
Strong: Proven ability to use good judgment and work successfully with
technical and non-technical groups.
Strong: Effectively manage multiple responsibilities, prioritize conflicting
assignments, and switch quickly between assignments, as required.
Strong: Knowledge of data warehouse implementation process, from business
requirements through logical modeling, physical database design, data
sourcing and data transformation, data loading, Structured Query Language
(SQL), end-user tools, database and SQL performance tuning.
Yes: Graduation from an accredited four-year college or university with
major course work in computer science, computer information systems, or
management information systems.

Skills/Experience
3+ Years: Experience with and understanding of data security requirements,
preferably for health information data.
2+ Years: Expertise with Microsoft Access with proven ability to support and
maintain applications consisting of complex forms, queries, and Visual Basic
code.
2+ Years: Experience creating or maintaining Microsoft SharePoint Websites.
Yes: Experience developing data retention and/or disaster recovery
standards.
