CRM development is needed, not support. Candidates must be able to understand concepts and architecture. Position Summary: This position will be working on a team of about 12-15 people. This is a front-end web services position. Client side integration with interfacing technologies, supporting two large call centers. This includes tracking business leads, contact and relationship management, application integration, users and call centers, documenting potential students, and some marketing. This person will need to work with other software and operational teams to analyze/evaluate Services Oriented Architectures-related tools and platforms to be deployed as part of enterprise architecture and to develop software components. The candidate will be heavily involved in all aspects of the software development lifecycle from design to product rollout and maintenance. Other responsibilities include interaction with business users and analysts, 3rd party software vendors and members of the graphics design group. The candidate should be really good with one or more technologies and willing to learn other more Client specific technologies that they put in front of them. MUST HAVE: *4yrs .NET development * 4 yrs C# * at least 2 years of some sort of CRM (4.0 is ideal, 2.0, Siebel, etc.) * good communication skills (verbal and written) * required to exchange /transform data with internal systems as well as with third-party software services.
