*ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**_________________________________*

          Responsible for production support and enhancements

          Responsible for root cause analysis, requirements gathering,
design, configuration, testing, training, implementation and maintenance of
SAP MM solutions that support specific client needs

          Support business key users during implementation, working on site
during entire project lifecycle

          Provide functional and process knowledge of the latest release and
assist business Key Users in identifying and specifying any localizations
required

          Provided support to the Key Users for other project activities,
including: Local updates of process documentation, data cleansing, User
Acceptance Testing, Localization of end user procedures, cut-over tasks at
go-live, post go-live support

          Answer calls and emails as Helpdesk support

          Gather information about problems/requests

          Enter the incidents into Helpdesk software system

          Perform troubleshooting

          Strive to resolve a majority of issues on first contact

          Help maintain training documentation and helpdesk procedures



*QUALIFICATIONS______________________________________________________***

          Overall 8-10 Years of experience in SAP, with extensive knowledge
in MM

          Experience within module of existing integration points to other
modules

          Business process analysis and redesign experience: strong business
analysis skills; process mapping; business process redesign and
implementation

          Knowledge of information technologies and methodologies

          Systems implementation skills: requirements/process analysis,
conceptual and detailed design, configuration, testing, training, change
management, support

          1 to 2 full cycle implementations including: Scoping and Planning,
Process Design, Configuration, Testing, Deployment, and Post Go-Live Support

          Skill sets required: SAP R/3 4.6C and above, Application
Management experience

          Effectively promote process best practices

          Excellent client interaction skills

          Communication skills: strong presentation/ communication /
facilitation skills (oral and written)

          Works well with teams or in a team environment, with the ability
to work independently

          General consulting skills, including: team facilitation, business
case development, and supply chain assessment strategy

          Ability to work in a fast paced environment and very energetic

          Ability to anticipate problems and take decisive action

          Ability to adjust personal style to different situations
