Copy Production instance, once upgraded, to another installation and configure remote systems to connect to Sandbox environment. Include ERP 6, SCM Unicode, CRM etc to SolMan. Primary objective is to use the Change Analyzer & Dependency Analyzer (aka Landscape compatibility check) for understanding impacts of change and hence limiting effort for retesting (specifically for Config changes or SAP Notes).
