*Position Description for Requirements Analyst, Enrollment Solutions*

This position will be responsible for application requirements gathering and
analysis for projects related to the Clients enrollment initiatives.

*Responsibilities:*

Taking direction from the Senior Program Manager - SOA, this person will be
involved in the following areas:* *

   - Facilitating, gathering and analyzing requirements for the Clients
   enrollment projects. The following is a list of artifacts to be produced as
   a part of requirements gathering and analysis:
      - Business process diagrams, activity diagrams, state diagrams, and/or
      sequence diagrams.
      - Roles-based access control table (RBAC)
      - Storyboards or other requirements narrative formats
      - Non-functional requirements – gathered in text format
      - Requirements traceability matrix
   - Other responsibilities include:
      - Maintain a Requirements Inventory in SharePoint and in Quality
      Center
      - Provides input into analysis processes and tools and the
      establishment of a successful, repeatable analysis process
   - During the fourth quarter of 2008, responsibilities may be split
   between retirement solutions and a project for the insurance solutions
   business. Specific duties in the 4th quarter of 2008 include:
      - Assisting in execution of test cases for the employee data
      management (insurance solution project)
      - Assisting with facilitation and documentation of requirements for
      change requests tied to the auto enrollment (retirement
solutions projects)
      - A series of exercises designed to allow this person to learn Clients
      specific retirement systems and business processes.

Travel to Ft Wayne, Indiana will be necessary during the enrollment project
– this travel will commence in 2009 once new retirement projects are
approved and kickoff. We anticipate 2 weeks of travel a month during the
requirements phase of these projects

*Skill sets:*

·         3-5 years of requirements gathering and facilitation experience

·         3-5 years of UML modeling experience

·         Must have 2-3 years of experience gathering requirements in a
retirement solutions company. Domain knowledge should include the following:

o    Defined contributions products and business

o    Annuities products and business

o    Understanding of ERISA and IRS regulations as related to retirement
products

o    Some experience/knowledge with the pension protection act of 2007

·         Can work independently or as a part of a larger group

·         Strong analysis and facilitation skills

·         Ability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment with
shifting priorities

·         Required technical skill sets also include:

o    UML Modeling experience

o    Experience within a Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) environment.

o    Strong Object oriented analysis skills

o    Experience with Quality Center

·         MagicDraw experience desired
·         Manual testing experience desired
