*5+ Years: Technical problem solving experience with IBM technologies,
specifically WebSphere (application server, portal server, process server,
MQ) and Tivoli (Identity manager, Access manager), etc.*
*5+ Years: Experience in performance tuning and rearchitecting/designing for
higher application performance involving Web Application Servers, Java
(J2EE), Portlets, Workflow engines, Single Sign On technologies, and Oracle.

*3+ Years: Experience defining complex architecture and architecture
roadmaps *
*3+ Years: Experience working with senior management and steering committees
to identify solution options and provide recommendations*
*2+ Years: Experience evaluating software vendor technologies*
*Strong: Excellent Oral, Communication and presentation skills*
