If you are interested, please contact me at (813)466-7406 immediately for further process. * * * * Thanks & Regards, ------------------------------------------------ Ramana Cerebrum Software Solutions, (315)370-2299 (813)466-7406 ram...@cerebrums.in http://www.cerebrums.in * * * * *Job Title: Global ERP Program Director * * Job ID: 3869 - BB * * Location: US-MD-Annapolis, 21402 * * Industry: Manufacturing (Other) * * Job Type: Senior (11 or more years) * * Compensation: $120,000.00 - $150,000.00 (Salary) * * Experience Required: Senior (11 or more years) * * Relocation Assistance: Depends on Candidate * * * *MUST BE CITIZEN/GC/EAD* This role has responsibility for the strategic direction, design, co-ordination and delivery of all IT aspects of the Global ERP Program. *Primary responsibilities include: * · Defining the ERP Program strategy and roadmap for global roll-out · Facilitating key stakeholder alignment and engagement for the program; holds stakeholders accountable for delivering against their commitments · Collaborating with Enterprise Architect in the architectural design and blue print · Working with the PMO, building common processes, methodology, and framework for implementation · Providing overall Program Management Office activities for the program - planning, change control, cost management. · Providing leadership and management for all internal technical resources on the program. · Managing all external technical resources and relationships on the program. · Coordinating all technical inputs to the program, managing cross-team interdependencies and impacts, resolves or escalates issues as required. · Defining and managing performance measures, regularly reporting on status against project plans. · Managing risk associated with program implementation and developing risk mitigation strategies · Providing program financial management; responsible for supporting and enabling the business to realize the tangible/intangible benefits of implementing the program · Other duties as assigned *Part 2: Describe the Person* · Minimum professional and educational background desired (include years of experience) o B.S. or BBA in Information Systems/Computer Science or comparable combination of education and experience; MIS or MBA preferred o 15+ years of broad application development experience, with 10+ years in large scale ERP Program Management, including global roll-outs with budget size of $5 million and larger. o *4 + years of experience with SAP software; SAP certification a plus* o Proven track record of delivering large complex projects within budget and on time o Extensive exposure to designing, implementing, and improving business processes in an ERP application environment o Experience with large, medium, and small roll-out situations, able to scale implementation up or down as required by the business o Experience implementing, designing and enforcing project methodology and controls. o Experience managing multiple project teams with 5 - 15 project team leaders/managers and multiple project teams consisting of 50-90+ team members o Experience managing system integrators, software and hardware vendors and contractors o Relevant industry experience a plus o Ability to access and learn from other global corporations,at the same or higher levels of maturity, experience in rolling out common ERP templates locally, regionally, and globally o 50 % plus travel required o Experience in effectively reviewing and negotiating vendor agreements and discounts o Participates in the development and implementation of master information-technology plans o U.S. Government Security Clearance or ability to obtain security clearance required o English fluency required --~--~---------~--~----~------------~-------~--~----~ You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "zilliontechnologies" group.
