Day to Day:
marketing experience with enterprise software company (either employee or consultant role) where they had intimate involvement in an outreach program, defined as migrating a significant customer base where the customer had to take action within a finite period of time. They need detailed familiarity with program design and conversion rates. They need specific experience with communication channels, message tone, etc

This is a program manager position. We are looking for someone very senior level, who has previous experience managing and launching software and hardware programs. They will act as the subject matter expert and must understand conversion rates for outreaches. The Team is focused on upgrading large customer applications (software and hardware) they must have deep experience with conversion plans, being the SME, and experience with transaction volume and revenue. This is a critical project and will need someone who could start ASAP!

Know why to contact certain customers, and the type of method to be used ( email, 3rd party, etc) then be able to explain why they used that method and what the conversion rate was. Know when it becomes a point to offer the customer financial incentives.
