Finally demonstrated experience of writing functional specifications, technical specifications, gathering requirements *Specific Skills Required for Position:* · Candidate must have *MS.NET, *expertise with *Microsoft .NET Framework *(3 years), · *XML* and related technologies (3 years), · *Database design *and implementation (5 years), · internet technologies (3 years), · *Oracle 9.0 *or higher expertise including creating procedures, packages and views · Additionally candidate must have Sybase experience creating procedures, · *Triggers* *and maintaining referential *integrity · They will need to have a strong knowledge of working with *Oracle*and *Sybase *Databases. · Other skills needed are excellent written, typing and verbal communication skills. *Preferred Experience:* · *Microsoft Visual Studio .NET* · *XML/XSLT/XPATH/MS InfoPath forms* · *XML Spy* · *Javascript, HTML* · *Oracle Database* experience is a Plus · *Construction industry* experience is a plus. * * *Responsibilities:* Develop distributed applications and reports.
