Responsibility Must have Training experience in CRM 7.0 Work with the functional teams to develop the training content and materials according to good instructional design and communication principles - Conduct quality reviews with course owners - Create work instructions, simulations, class exercises, and job aides as needed - Define data requirements and load training data as needed - Support train-the-trainer of developed content as required - Edit and finalize the training materials based on testing, piloting and train-the-trainer activities - Working with training team management, assist in tracking status, enforcing standards, and driving completion of overall development effort for one work and that of other developers Skill Set: - Instructional design knowledge, skills, and experience - Project management and tracking skills - Effective written and oral communication skills - Intermediate to advanced computer skills including PowerPoint and Excel - Proven SAP knowledge and experience - Experienced managing people and processes to achieve complex goals - uPerform knowledge and skills preferred Please send relevant resumes with rate and contact number.
