Overall very strong PM who has managed identify management projects *(IDM)*who has worked with multiple application areas across the enterprise. - *Working knowlege of IDM* - Should have used *IdentityIQ tool from Sailpoint*. - He/she needs to develop *workflows* and *use cases*. - *Must have* *SDLC* experience and be extremely strong. - Proven experience and success in mobilizing 60+ application owners in implementing an enterprise-wide implementation. - Very organized and detail oriented. - Should have successful *knowledge of QA*. - Nice to have but someone who can develop a strategy and a phased implementation plan. - Nice to have have *insurance background*.
