Here below are the Requirements-: Position 1:- Location(State/city):Connecticut CT Duration: 12+ months Req Details: Location : Groton, CT DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: · Serve as a technical resource supporting Pfizer's DCS services which include PKI RA and CA, MSB, VBS, NSA and EPV. · Review changes to Pfizer's DCS services and perform routine health checks defined in the periodic review working instruction. · Perform root cause analysis and develop technical documentation for incident response. · Work closely with Pfizer primary technical leads to perform support functions as required. · Test and maintain the server, desktop and laptop computer installation packages and collaborate with CA and RA administrators. · Create and run database queries to measure pre-defined metrics and produce reports regularly. · Participate in semi-annual failover test of the Pfizer Certificate Authority. · Participate in Incident and Problem Management activities based on Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) guidelines. · Represent Digital Certificate Services during information technology audits by internal and external organizations. · Participate in the Digital Certificate Service on-call schedule to ensure 24x7 support of the service. EXPERIENCE · 4+ years experience managing Service Delivery in an enterprise environment · 3+ years working in customer support in a technical role · 1+ years experience in Identity and Access Management - desired · 1+ years experience supporting Public Key Infrastructure - desired · TECHNICAL SKILLS · Familiarity with directory services (AD, LDAP etc) · Familiarity with Identity and Access Management (I&AM) and account management practices · Working knowledge of PKI, digital certificates and smart cards preferred · Familiarity working with Peregrine Service Center or equivalent incident management system Position 2:- Location(State/city):Oregon OR/PORTLAND Duration: 3 +months Rate is $55/Hr-$58/Hr.The MAX Req Details: Advanced Storage Administrator capabilities with 9 or more years of experience*. There is three openings. Position Overview: In this position the Engineer will work with test case creation,review, execution and reporting of test results for mobile handsets on particular features and functions within the development cycle for mobile phones. Day-to-Day Experience: The successful candidate for this role will work independently to analyze requirements and specifications to create test cases in Mercury Quality Center and perform testing to prepare products for Operator Acceptance and Product Launch. The candidate will also review test cases and test results from other team members and units. Initiates and updates Problem Reports and Change Requets in ClearQuest and helps develpement team and other project members with troubleshooting. Further he/she will set up and configure test bed and prepare testdata. Also, communicates the results and progress by writing test reports. Additional Responsibilities Include: (4 bullets at the most) -Review test cases and problem reports to find areas where test cases are missing. -Critically think about how consumers will interact with the handset being tested and turn those thoughts into test cases, bugs, action items, and avenues of discussion. - Follows the latest technology and products in mobile development and informs others team members. - Work with automation of test cases by using scripts and other tools To Qualify for This Role, You Must Have: (6 bullets at the most) - A Bachelors of Science in Electrical, Software or Computer Engineering with a minimum of 4 years experience in Validation and Verfication. Minimum of 1 year of mobile phone testing (Windows Mobile, Symbian) -Experience with 2G and/or 3G wireless technologies such as GSM / GPRS / EDGE / UMTS / HSDPA / HSUPA , WLAN, BT, GPS, DRM, Messaing (SMS/MMS) and Telephoney. - Team player with strong communication, coordination, organization, and reporting skills required - Need to be detail oriented and find defects where missed in earlier verification, at a validation and acceptance test level, espacially from end user point of view. - Experience with most or all of the tools listed: ClearQuest, Mercury Quality Center, Windows Mobile LTK/CETK testing with Hopper, MS (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). - SW development experience in C/C++ as well as experience in HW and RF testing is a plus.
