clients to identify and specify system requirements and processes. *

application.
*Assists in the preparation of detailed specifications for programs to be
written. *
**Uses specialized skills and technical expertise to assist users in
resolving a system problem, or escalates problem to a more experienced
systems analyst in accordance with service level agreements. *
*20% *Assists PHP developers in providing alternative solutions and
recommending the best solution based upon fact discovery and management. *
Specialized/Practical Knowledge: *
*▫ Extensive experience designing internal and external web applications *
*▫ Clear understanding of the entire project life cycle including Analysis,
Design and Development. *
*▫ Create high-level technical specifications for use by resources and for
knowledge transfer *
*▫ Innovative, self-motivated, delivery focused and detail-oriented with
excellent communication skills with peers and users. *
*▫ Able to work individually and across globally diversified virtual
technology teams. *
*▫ Experience in relational database systems like SQL Server, Sybase,
Oracle, and Relational Database Design. *
*▫ Versed in SQL* Plus, PL/SQL and Store Procedures with various data
sources. *
