Title: Information Protection Sr Specialist *(RBAC)* Location: Hartford, CT Duration: 6 months Rate: $48 Corp to Corp Expert in a specific aspect of information security. Undertakes complex projects requiring additional specialized technical knowledge. Makes well-thought-out decisions on complex or ambiguous information security issues. Provides architectural oversight and direction for enterprise-wide security technology. Ensures high-level integration of application development with information security policies and strategies. Stays up-to-date on the direction of emerging industry standards. Identifies, evaluates, conducts, schedules and leads technical analyses functions to ensure all applicable IS security requirements are met. Provides technical analysis of requirements necessary for the protection of all information processed, stored, or transmitted by systems. Responsible for complex security administration functions utilizing provisioning tools to support the building and maintenance of roles Responsible for providing direction and support in the design and implementation of identity management tools Own and manage automation and process improvement projects to completion. Acts as the principal analyst working with business areas across the enterprise to gather requirements, build and maintain role bases access control roles Responsible for providing direction and support for SDLC integration with RBAC Responsible for the development, update and maintenance of Enterprise Application information data base in support of RBAC Responsible for the development, integration and implementation of tools and processes that support the maintenance of roles Provides direction and support to project teams across the enterprise pertaining to RBAC, security administration and systems operations Performs root cause/risk based analysis of security related issues to determine resolutions or procedure fixes and is responsible for implementation Communicates clearly with multiple levels of people across the organization Translates in depth technical items to business terms so all parties are clear of impacts to their business *SKILLS * 3+ years experience with Role Base Access Controls (RBAC). 3+ years experience with implementing IDM solutions. Experience with Identity Management Provisioning 10+ years IT experience including Security Administration 5+ years in IT compliance and security (CISSP, CISA or CISM preferred) Strong understanding of multiple platforms.
