Need Only Local candidates!! *Title:* *Sr QA Analyst* *Requirement:* *Quality Management, QM metrics, Yantra, functional, regression, and performance tests.* *Location:* Framingham, MA *Rate:* $40/Hour on C2C *Duration:* 6 months *Required:* *LOCALS ONLY* *Description:* Principal QA Analyst *Responsibilities:* Planning and execution of Quality Management activities Planning, coordinating and overseeing functional, regression, and performance tests Driving Quality Management practices throughout the project lifecycle by collaborating and working proactively with the project team Partner with business users and business analysts on system requirements and usage scenarios Collaborating with development on code walkthroughs and unit and integration testing Reporting and monitoring of defect rates and blocking issues Tracking and publishing QM metrics throughout the project lifecycle Evaluation of go-live risk via a written QA Assessment Analyze, plan and deliver process improvements *Requirements:* Strong problem solving and analytical skills; ability to analyze complex technical problems Ability to multi-task, shift gears quickly, work independently and collaboratively, adapt easily to shifting priorities, process changes, and schedule changes Thorough understanding and experience in Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) development and/or testing desirable Proven experience in leading mid to large projects involving Order Management Systems, preferable Sterling Commerce's Multi-channel Fulfillment solution a.k.a Yantra Excellent verbal and written communications; ability to explain system issues clearly and concisely and establish effective working relationships Strong understanding of QA methodologies and verification and validation processes Proven focus on identifying opportunities for process improvement and driving implementation of those improvements Established track record building productive relationships across technical disciplines and with business partners.
