We are looking for candidates who are doing high level Oracle and PL/SQL support. To support this objective, the GPC Program has deployed multiple applications including a workflow-based change control application and a global product registration database.* *The Sr. Analyst/Engineer works with his/her team, development teams and business users in the maintenance and support of computer-based systems deployed for use by the GPC Program. The application portfolio consists of internally developed and third party products. This position is responsible for the resolution of tickets within a defined timeframe using standard processes, and ensuring all service level agreements and customer satisfaction goals are achieved. Production support includes root cause analysis, issue escalation, problem reporting and tracking, and assistance with resolution of application problems.* Job Duties: *Production Support - Responsible for supporting internal and third party applications that are used by GPC personnel.
