Please send resumes to ni...@abstargroup.com *SAP** HR ABAP Developer* Duration: 6-12 months Location: Lansing, MI (prefer locals) * * * * *MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: * A bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, business, or related information technology field, with coursework in an information technology specialization related to the area of employment; more than three years of related and progressively more responsible or expansive work experience in HR ABAP programming in a SAP ECC 5.0/6.0 environment; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. *DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS: * Demonstrable experience in analysis, design, development, testing and implementation in a SAP HCM ECC 6.0 environment; experienced using SAP ABAP technologies and toolsets; experienced with HR ABAP is mandatory; experienced in developing and utilizing ABAP programs, FM, RFC’s, BAPIs, Dialog Programming, User exits, BADIs, ALE, IDOCs, SAP script, Smartforms, LSMW and BDC; experienced in system development lifecycle phases and tasks; experienced in problem resolution; excellent interpersonal, written oral communication skills; ability to work in a multi-programmer environment; experienced in the development and maintenance of system documentation, procedures and standards. Experience in ESS & MSS, Adobe forms and WebDynpro would be an advantage, but not essential. *JOB** SUMMARY: * The primary responsibilities include developing custom programs, maintaining standard SAP programs, developing interfaces and conversions with legacy applications and day to day support of existing ABAP programs. Will analyze, design, develop, test, document and implement HR ABAP programs involving SAP HCM ECC 6.0; will work in a highly dynamic team environment; collaborates with functional staff to determine status, needs and cross-system issues on projects including integration of business functions, interface design; acts as a resource, on a consistent basis, to other team or department professional staff in the resolution of information technology problems.
