Develop and maintain web pages on a large corporate intranet using Macromedia Dreamweaver. b.. Create and modify server-side scripts written in Perl and PHP. c.. Modify Apache configuration. d.. Query Oracle dabatase using numerous applications and scripting tools. e.. Quickly respond to client requests for web changes and keep them apprised of the status of on-going work. f.. Meet with clients to gather requirements for new and redesigned sites. g.. Manage clients' expectations for delivery. h.. Work with Java application developers to provide JavaScript and css support. i.. Provide excellent customer service when communicating with clients in writing, via email, and in person. j.. Manipulate existing and design new web graphics when requested. Skills: a.. 3-7 years of experience programming in HTML using Dreamweaver b.. Strong hands on experience using Perl, CGI, and Server Side Includes c.. Experience using Unix and Linux (find, grep, awk, etc.) and creating shell scripts d.. Strong experience using JavaScript and CSS e.. Experience developing web forms using the FormMail gateway f.. Experience with configuring web search engines and developing web pages for search engines g.. Knowledge of Omniture Traffic reporting h.. Ability to create and manipulate images for the web i..
