Develop project plan and execution approach. Utilize a rigorous process of defining client requirements and project specifications. Work with development teams to analyze the potential risks/benefits of technology solution to address the business requirement. Define purpose, roles, tasks, milestones, budgets and measures of success. Manage the project estimating activity. Work with Project Mgrs and App. Dev. Mgrs to communicate approach; present plans and gain sign-off from the business and IT leadership. Work with App. Dev. Mgr., Tech. Team Mgrs. To implement resource strategy for specific organization and to implement sourcing schedule to ensure workforce coverage. Conduct project/phase kick-off meetings to communicate individual roles and project expectations and ensure that all project team members have the tools and training required to perform effectively. Monitor projects on an ongoing basis, evaluating progress and quality, managing issue resolution process and taking corrective action as necessary. Responsible for the management of technical project(s) or program teams from initiation through implementation, includes: planning, analysis, design development and implementation. Provides overall direction for establishing project requirements, priorities and deadlines. Integrates project plans into Program Plans. Establishes roles and responsibilities within the core program team. Allocates and coordinates resources (staff, equipment, vendors and consultants) across one or more projects. Manages budget for assigned project(s), develops and monitors project/program plan(s), and adjusts resources and priorities accordingly. Aligns business unit, technical development and support organizations. Establishes program communication plan across the businesses, regions, support and technology groups.
