They need to have good Tibco skills and experience for this one!!!! This is basically a Java person with strong Tibco experience. 6 positions! Systems Integration - Sr. Specialist Designs and develops total systems solutions to the enterprise-wide systems problems of customers. These solutions deal with the major business processes used to manage the overall enterprise. The task requires integrating hardware, software, and the customer. Systems integrators participate with the customer in the strategic design process and translate business needs into technical systems solutions. They are responsible for the technical correctness and completeness of integrated systems designs. Typically, the Sr. Specialist level provides advanced technical support within area of expertise to clients and Perot personnel on complex integration issues. Capitalizes on advanced training and experience to resolve difficult client problems where standard practice has failed. Identifies, structures, and delivers services that enable business processes. Works with Sr. Manager to ensure that all team members have adequate training for assignments. Requires 10 or more years of progressive related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Other typical working titles include: Infrastructure Architect; System Architect. Typical Duties • Works in collaborative effort with other Associates through design and implementation phases of total systems' solutions. Provides individual and lead support for complex multi-system installations, large system installations with complex software and hardware applications, or large system installations with complex business and management considerations. • Determines and specifies the computing infrastructure and services needed to support the development and deployment of enterprise computing systems. • Assumes principal technical role in demonstrations, furnishing technical expertise and answering customer inquiries with regard to both hardware and software. Provides software consulting services to customers including identifying needs, developing, influencing and implementing proposals. Develops customer support plans for complex systems and major accounts. • Designs quality control and test procedures to ensure deliverables meet established design and performance goals. Performs spot audits and tests to ensure adherence to Perot Systems' standards. Develops information technology architecture for more complex modules. Produces supporting documentation for use by customer and Perot Systems' technical staff. • Reviews design proposals for technical feasibility and correctness. Together with Sr. Manager, establishes cost and time estimates for implementation. Identifies, analyzes, and evaluates alternative design solution. • Determines compliance with contract specifications. Works with Sr. Manager to overcome shortfalls and bring programs into contract compliance. • Determines and specifies high level approaches and modeling guidelines for system and enterprise level application solutions. Additional Information: Integration Architect: 10 + years design and development. Strong skills in the following are required: XML, XSLT, XSD, Java, EJB, Tibco Active Matrix, Tibco BusinessWorks 5.x, JMS / EMS, InConcert, Oracle RAC, Oracle eBusiness and Oracle Portal. Must have excellent communication skills and be able to work in an agile scrum environment, interacting with the CTO and other IT leadership. Must be able to help design, develop and deliver enterprise wide SOA based services.
