Provide feasibility studies, process or system gap analyses, organizational change readiness assessment, ERP education sessions. Provide project planning service, change management strategies, project staffing plans, project scope documents, and training plans. Provide ERP Systems Analysis and Support including requirements definition, data modeling, prototyping, design, construction, testing, documentation, systems support training, database design, systems conversion and migration. Provide ERP Programming including coding, testing, debugging, documentation, and maintenance.
