LOCATION: NY START DATE:ASAP END DATE: 9/16/09 DURATION: 7 MONTHS POSITIONS: 2 TITLE: PROJECT LEAD/LEAD ANALYST - MAINFRAME BNY Mellon is searching for an individual who will function as a Project Lead/Lead Analyst on a large legacy mainframe application used for back-office trade support and cash DDA processing. This individual should have a minimum of 8 years experience within a financial services firm with at least 4 years of IT project leadership experience. A solid history of managing development, support, enhancements and troubleshooting is required. Previous experience leading an offshore team with proven track record for producing quality deliverables, on time and on budget. Required knowledge of financial accounting and general ledger processing. Process driven with SDLC and CMM framework. Knowledge of Hogan International Systems (GDK Systems) and global cash accounting and processing a strong plus. Strong background and experience in mainframe systems and technologies, in particular COBOL, CICS, DB2, MQSeries.
