Provide support/troubleshooting of the UNIX and the Intel environment where appropriate. This role will require a self motivated individual that can multitask and adapt to a dynamic work environment. The individual should have a strong customer focus and have average skill in Unix and Intel environments. Strong troubleshooting and hands on skills required. Candidate must have in-depth knowledge of major Windows subsystems and administration tools. Experience supporting Intel server technologies, including Windows NT 2000,2003&OS/2. Working knowledge of Intel server hardware configuration. Candidate should be familiar with all major components(BIOS,RAID/disk subsystems. NIC,etc)Should be able to physically change hard drives, rebuild machines swamp memory,etc.) *Skill Sets* Team player. Good verbal, written and listening skills. Able to exchange information and ideas effectively/customers and colleagues: Ability to multitask in a complex environment. Analytical skills to solve simple to medium complex tasks. Strong leadership skills. *Required Qualifications* College degree or equivalent experience. Above average knowledge of(Windows NT/XP/2000/2003)Ability to troubleshoot complex issues. Ability to clearly document issues and resolution steps./ Excellent troubleshooting techniques.
