Position: Blackberry Admin Duration: 9+ Months Location: Dallas TX (Locals Preferred) Rate: ALAP Administer Blackberry Server for 300+ users, duties include ordering devices, assisting with setup and troubleshooting, end user support for on and off hours issues for senior managers. Additional Responsibilities: Setting up user accounts and provisioning Blackberry devices for mangers. Assist with Analyzes, logs, tracks and resolves software/hardware matters of significance pertaining to networking connectivity issues, printer, servers, and applications to meet business needs. Provide 1st line of support for all Blackberry issues and troubleshooting to isolate and diagnose common email problems; documents system events to ensure continuous functioning. Recommends course of action and implements as approved. Upgrades system software and hardware components as required to meet business needs; coordinates backups. Ensures upgrades are occurring in accordance with established parameters. Provide 2nd line of support for non-blackberry mobile devices and assist with troubleshooting device provisioning, and other issues related to mobile device support. Installs, tests, upgrades and configures system files and services to enhance performance. Utilizes standard corporate tools to record change and problem activities for tracking purposes.
