Position Description: 4 year degree plus 7-10 years experience. Develops data architectures and database management policies and standards. Provides senior-level consulting services in the identification and resolution of database issues. Serve as a high-level resource on database management issues, and participate in the planning, design, and usage of data resources. The successful candidate will lead efforts to automate existing manual reporting using Cognos as well as develop new reporting and dashboards. The candidate must be proficient in the MS Office suite, have advanced MS Excel skills and have the ability to write PL/SQL code to support report development.
