It is projected to last 12 months with the potential for extension. This client is requiring technical screening results be submitted along with resumes. I will screen candidates, but before they will be submitted to the client, I will expect you to arrange that they be tested by Brain bench or Prove-It in the core skills listed in the req. Also, the resumes need to be consolidated to 3 pages or fewer when submitting to the client. You may submit the full resume to me, but if we move forward, I will ask you to consolidate the resume, leaving intact the pertinent skills. Req details: Software Engineers are well experienced in Java/J2EE development. They work closely with Database, Architecture, Creative, and Project Management teams to implement functionality to meet established requirements and objectives. Software Engineers are involved in all phases of a project including planning, testing and ongoing support. Responsibilities: a.. Develop and enhance Web store code based on project documentation including written requirements, flow diagrams, UI design and data designs. b.. Participate in requirements definition. c.. Assist in the estimation of work for the Web Technologies group by defining task breakdown, project duration and concurrent effort. d.. Assist in production escalation and problem resolution. e.. Produce detailed and accurate documentation relating to assigned projects and tasks. Minimum Requirements: a.. 3-5 years Technical Project Management experience. b.. 5+ years of experience on Web-specific development. c.. 3+ years demonstrated development experience with Java, J2EE, JSP, JavaScript, and HTML. d.. Experience with both Spring and MVC e.. Basic knowledge of UNIX and SQL commands. f.. Understanding of browser capabilities and design constraints on the web. g.. Experience in collaborative teams using revision control systems such as CVS. h.. Ability to demonstrate previous work via URLs. i.. Demonstrable experience managing dynamic projects on tight schedules. j.. Prior experience in e-commerce software application development.
