Bilingual Key Responsibilities: Assist creating application and hardware profiles using proprietary Desktop Migration tools. Data mapping and analysis of information collected by migration tools. Assist with user profile validation and verification. Analyze and resolve issues with data sources. Become familiar with various sources of information needed to obtain and map missing data to existing databases. Assist in the development and implementation of process improvement. Expected Outcomes: Assume responsibility for a number of business-aligned desktop migration profiles Successfully integrate with DSI colleagues and other migration team members. Understand the profiling processes, data sources and functioning of Desktop Migrations Tools.
