Have overall responsibility for developing eclipse framework and writing plug-ins. The plug-in are used to enable various developer tools. Eclipse will be used to bind various software tools written in various languages and applications. The primary objective will be to make one standard environment for everyone. The will enable customers to run various certifications and test. The developer will also work with external partners that are responsible for various certifications including certification tools.
